Risk of loss and title to the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier for shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have stated otherwise in our quotation. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
Where an international shipment is delayed at a border or held by customs, these delays are outside our control and will not be treated as a failure of our delivery obligations provided we have acted reasonably in dispatching your order. Because most of our products are made to order and customised for your club, orders for custom or personalised items generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or are materially different from the confirmed specification. Standard, un-customised products may be returned subject to our published conditions, provided they are unused, in original packaging and returned within a reasonable period.
We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects and will materially conform to the approved specification. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, washing at incorrect temperatures or any mishandling. If you receive a faulty product, contact us promptly and we will arrange a resolution in line with applicable law.
Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation. Returns received without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
